As we open our brand-new location at Oakville Place, we are looking for passionate, energetic, and style-conscious individuals to join our founding store team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous fashion retail experience required-minimum 2 years plus a great attitude and passion for fashion!
- Customer Engagement: Welcome every guest with a warm, genuine smile and assist them in finding outfits and accessories that fit their needs.
- Styling & Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our latest collections, fabric care, and trends to provide expert styling advice.
- Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, processing shipment including steaming, hanging and restocking inventory, shipping/transfer e-commerce orders, maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Point of Sale: Efficiently handle cash and card transactions using our POS system while ensuring accuracy.
- Able to stand and move about for long periods of time.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (flexible shifts available).
- Must be warm, friendly, reliable, energetic, and a team player.
