We are seeking a versatile and highly creative Graphic Designer with strong experience in designing for e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon, and expertise in UI/UX design. In this role, you will also support broader marketing initiatives through the development of engaging and on-brand visual content across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines, and excited to collaborate with the marketing team and senior leadership. This position reports to the Director of Brand Strategy. This is a fully remote position and is open to candidates in Canada and the US.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce & Amazon Design:
- Design and optimize graphics for e-commerce platforms, focusing on Amazon product pages, A+ content, storefronts, and more. Ensuring all projects reflect the desired messaging and goals.
- Ensure that all visuals align with Amazon’s or other E-comm platform specific design guidelines and best practices.
- Optimize brand imagery – product/lifestyle to improve engagement and conversion rates.
UI/UX Design:
- Develop and implement user-friendly designs for websites and mobile applications, focusing on enhancing the overall user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
- Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure designs meet the needs of the customer journey.
Marketing Support:
- Complete day-to-day graphic requests to support marketing programs
- Produce high-quality designs that align with the overall goals of marketing campaigns.
- Develop innovative and creative visual communication strategies for various marketing projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all visual assets meet marketing, sales, and branding requirements.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on visual trends to keep the brand fresh and forward-thinking.
Project Management:
- Prioritize and schedule project work to ensure on-time delivery while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Edit and refine both print and digital design files as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously improve design output and keep the brand on the cutting edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital graphic design with a focus on e-commerce, including Amazon-specific design.
- Expertise in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and on-brand content for a variety of digital and marketing channels.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead design projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
