Dock & Boat Lift Installer / Laborer

Dock Heroes is seeking reliable, hard-working individuals who enjoy physical, outdoor work in teams and aren’t afraid to get their feet wet. This is a team-based role with strong earning potential and opportunities for long-term growth.
Position Details
- Role: Dock & Boat Lift Crew Member
- Start Date: Immediate
- Schedule: 6 days/week (May–June & Sep-Oct) | 5 days/week (all other months)
- Hours: 8–12 hour days (OT during above listed months & when approved outside)
- Travel: Paid (2–3+ hrs/day in company vehicles)
- Crews leave and return to Edmonton daily (8:00 AM start)
- No overnights (unless special projects on volunteer basis)
Key Responsibilities
- Install/remove docks and boat lifts, including maintenance and service work
- Travel to lake properties, load/unload equipment, and operate tools/ATVs (training provided)
- Work in and around water while collaborating with crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- Comfortable working in/around water (swimming an asset)
- Able to lift ~50 lbs consistently
- Reliable transportation to/from West Edmonton (Driver’s License an asset)
- Strong work ethic, problem-solving ability, and team mindset
- Good physical fitness is an important attribute
