WORK YOU’LL DO

Resource is primarily on AM support role for Finance, dealing heavily with monitoring and supporting the daily batch jobs, as well as working on incident tickets or service requests.
Lawson is the primary treasury application and there are critical treasury batch jobs that has some financial liability to the business if not meeting SLA to the banks.
Lawson skills is primarily focused on the BATCH component, which will involve mainly configuring, supporting and troubleshooting issues (batch stop / start) on this platform.
Java is included as a secondary skills as this is also a skill indicated for Lawson App support.

At least 3-4 years experience on Infor/Lawson (version 10)
Experience in Lawson Batch administration, setup and support is a must
Knowledge in is good to have in the following modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Treasury
Experience in supporting and troubleshooting batch jobs
On-call support experience is good to have

Nice to have skills:
Working knowledge of at least 1-2 skills is good, more than 2 is a plus
Unix and Powershell Scripting (most preferred)
Java, Perl
SQL language
Relational Database
Data Warehousing / ETL Tools
Knowledge of Essbase and multi-dimensional DataMart
VB and .Net, HTML

Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Proven success in team lead positions for project/technical tasks
