We are currently seeking a strong candidate to represent Source Atlantic in Charlottetown, PEI as a:

Branch Manager

As the Branch Manager, you plan and lead the activities of branch sales, maximizing profit and customer service and manage branch operations to the set KPIs relating to safety, inventory, and finance. You are experienced with budgetary planning, operational reviews, and related processes. You develop lasting relationships with your customers and are a solutions provider; listening to your customer and finding the best solution or fit for their need. You support the development and execution of the sales plan with the intent to grow and develop the business and participate in project management initiatives specific to your branch. You have supervisory experience and successfully navigate employee relations activities relating to onboarding, performance management and offboarding. Continuous improvement and professional development training opportunities are available.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in business/commerce or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Sales and business acumen
  • Results-driven
  • Solutions provider
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Excel)
  • Able to adapt to changing environments quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience in industry or supply chain distribution is an asset
  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives
