Spaenaur is a leading Industrial Distributor of Fasteners and Tools located in Kitchener, Ontario. We source, purchase, package, market and sell a wide-range of products to a variety of Customers.

One of Spaenaur’s key strengths is its catalog. Spaenaur’s catalog consists of over 1,700 pages that contain over 60,000 standard and hard-to-find products and is regarded as one of the best fastener resource guides in the industry.

What Does the Role Do?

The Customer Service Associate Role engages in a variety of different activities daily that are critical to the success of the business and its commitment to customers.

These core activities include: packaging products, retrieving/putting away products, and picking orders.

Additional activities may include: shipping orders, serving customers at our retail counter or by email, receiving and inspecting products, as well as building product assortments.

Spaenaur’s ‘Bootcamp’ onboarding program will guide you through completing these activities.

The shift we are hiring for is 10:30am-7:00pm Monday to Friday. No weekend work.
