Silvertip Resort is also Canada's most prominent resort real estate development community. The Silvertip master plan comprises luxury estate lots, condominium / multifamily units, and resort accommodations, with a projected $50 - 100 million annual real estate sales. Stone Creek Resorts is seeking candidates for a newly created Marketing Manager position. This is an excellent career opportunity for the right individual. Position Overview
We seek an experienced marketer committed to excellence to support Stone Creek Resorts in executing our annual resort marketing plans. This position will collaborate closely with internal teams in leading the implementation, execution, and reporting of marketing campaigns and initiatives to support resort growth strategies and aggressive new business development.
The Role / Position Details
You're an experienced marketer who knows, lives, and breathes leads, funnels, email marketing, data, brand awareness, and all the rest. Your strong marketing background showcases progressive learning and growth. You have experience managing multiple projects, including demand generation and strategic digital marketing campaigns from start to finish. Digital campaigns are a vital strategy, and typical distribution channels include email campaigns, websites, in-person events, social media, PR, advertising, and content marketing.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Email Marketing - Develop nurturing strategies and lead management journeys.
- Brand Ambassador - Develop a deep understanding of our value proposition and unique differentiators of our service offerings.
- Marketing Operations - Manage data from many sources, including CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and meta-advertising, distilling it into actionable market intelligence.

Website Maintenance - Lead content and UX experience on several sites that support Stone Creek Resorts.

Event Coordination - Lead and execute 3 - 6 events/year.

Resort Branded Collateral

Support and contribute to the broad content plan and marketing strategy.

Leverage data, our advocate stories and information to continuously evolve product key messaging that drives, effectively communicates and promotes our value proposition.
- Content writing and development.

Reporting and comprehensive campaign analysis' that provide continuous improvement to marketing campaigns.

Liaising with and managing external consultants and content contributors

Day-to-day management of assigned marketing technology to support marketing activity including WordPress (blog posts and minor updates), Campaign Monitor, Loomly, Asana, etc.

Assist in identifying new opportunities and creating messaging, assets, and programs that help to bring our brand promise and guarantee to the marketplace.
To excel in the role, you should be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment with high demands, ever-changing projects, and priorities. You must also be able to self-direct and take ownership of projects. Contributing positively as a team member, utilizing critical thinking skills, and taking initiative daily are non-negotiables.
Knowledge, Expertise and Skills Required:

A data-first approach with the ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data as guideposts to execute against the marketing strategy, telling a compelling story and tracking performance.

Possess a proven understanding in several areas of marketing (Growth / Demand Gen, Content & Brand, Product Marketing and Marketing Operations)

A clear understanding of marketing concepts and how to effectively apply them.

Detail-oriented and able to maintain high ownership and accuracy in all activities.

Intermediate to advanced writing skills.

Excellent project management skills, specifically effective and efficient ongoing management and implementation.
- Proven experience with marketing project management and tactical delivery

Experience managing consultants (designers, developers, etc.)

Highly flexible and adaptable to work independently, creatively, and effectively.

Technologically savvy, notably cloud-based collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and CRM (HubSpot or Zoho).
- Ability to travel to our resort properties as needed.

Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.

Proven experience in a similar capacity is an asset.
