Position: Front Desk Team Member for busy Elevated Wellness Clinic

About Us:
We’re a warm, welcoming, high-end multi-disciplinary clinic offering chiropractic, physiotherapy, acupuncture, and massage. We are located in Toronto's vibrant College West neighbourhood near Dufferin mall.
The Role:
As our front desk superstar, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see. Your day will include:
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Booking and adjusting appointments in person and over the phone
- Accepting payments and assisting with insurance billing
- Guiding patients to treatment rooms and checking in on them
- Supporting the team and patients with various administrative tasks
- Keeping the clinic tidy and organized
- Most importantly, making sure each patient has a great experience!

- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and scheduling software (Jane)
- Bonus if you have experience in customer service or healthcare settings!
