The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Sales Associate / Colour Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in customer-facing environments, self starter, and wants to grow with a local business.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in-store and online
- Provide personalized paint and wallpaper colour consultations
- Mix paints and perform custom colour matching and stain matching
- Build customer confidence in choosing the right finishes and styles
- Process sales, returns, and orders (in-store POS & online system)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually inspiring showroom
- Handle product inquiries via phone and email
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, trends, and new arrivals
What We’re Looking For:
- Can-do spirit
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfort with mixing paints and using colour-matching tools (training available)
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in retail, design, or home improvement is an asset
- Availability on weekends is preferred

Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with technical or technology sales is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
