Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Store Clerk to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized store environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in retail sales, merchandising, and technical product demonstrations while ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology sales are highly valued to better serve our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and refunds
- Upsell products and promote ongoing promotions to enhance sales opportunities
- Manage inventory counts and restock items as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and phone etiquette
- Assist with store cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, offering solutions and support promptly
- Support team members with time management to ensure smooth store operations
Experience
- Should Know professional printing skills.
- Should know basic Graphic designing skills like Canva , photoshop, Adobe.
- Use multiple softwares like Iship for UPS & DHL Shipments.
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or electronics products
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for transactions
- Experience in merchandising, upselling, and product demonstrations highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional phone manner
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
