We are building a new, modern wellness and medical-aesthetics clinic in Toronto and are looking for experienced healthcare and aesthetic professionals interested in full-time, part-time, and flexible opportunities.
Positions We Are Hiring
- Registered Nurses (RNs) Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) Nurse Practitioners (NPs) Medical Aestheticians / Experienced Aestheticians Laser / Energy-Based Device Technicians Medical-aesthetics professionals with experience in injectables, IV therapy, PRP or advanced skin treatments
About the Clinic
Our concept combines medical wellness, IV therapy, advanced aesthetic treatments and complementary wellness services in a high-quality, patient-focused environment. Planned services include IV hydration/nutrient therapy, vitamin injections, cosmetic injectables, PRP, laser and advanced skin treatments, including plasma/energy-based technologies.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism and a patient-first approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated attention to safety, documentation, infection prevention and informed consent. Experience in medical aesthetics, IV therapy, injectables, PRP, laser/energy devices, dermatology, wellness or a related setting is an asset. Comfort working in a collaborative clinic with physicians/NPs, nurses, aestheticians and wellness professionals. Interest in helping build a new clinic, including contributing to treatment protocols, patient experience and service development.
Role-Specific Qualifications
RNs / RPNs: Current CNO registration in good standing. IV initiation/infusion experience is strongly preferred. Experience with injections, medical aesthetics, PRP, emergency response and patient education is an asset.
Nurse Practitioners: Current CNO Extended Class registration in good standing. Experience with prescribing, telemedicine, medical aesthetics, IV/wellness medicine, protocols/directives and interdisciplinary practice is preferred.
Aestheticians / Laser & Device Professionals: Recognized training and hands-on experience with advanced facial/skin treatments and/or laser or energy-based devices. Candidates should be able to demonstrate training, competence and a strong understanding of treatment contraindications and safety.
Schedule & Employment Options
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Daytime, evening and weekend availability may be available depending on role. Flexible arrangements may be considered for experienced clinicians building an existing practice or seeking supplemental clinic hours.
