Documentation demonstrating teaching experience and effectiveness shall include:
1. a teaching philosophy statement;
2. all course outlines and aggregated student evaluations from the last two academic years in which the Applicant taught university-level courses; and
3. at least one of the following documents: (uploaded under “Other”)
a. student comments from teaching evaluations,
b. a letter of peer evaluation of teaching, or
c. a reflective teaching statement with an emphasis on recent teaching.
