We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to join our team to drive maximum impact for the business by keeping implementations on track. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will work with the Product, Development, Customer Success and Sales Teams to build out processes that streamline the client onboarding experience and ensure a smooth transition to Krux. What you will do
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects including planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers providing updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations
- Facilitate any implementation planning as it relates to travel and itinerary coordination with clients, including field or on-site personnel
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor implementation plans accordingly
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Diagnose and resolve issues that arise during implementation
- Regularly evaluate current implementation processes to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide guidance on change management as it relates to implementation
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including developers, designers, and quality assurance specialists to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Coordinate communication and information between Product, Development, Customer Success and Sales Teams as needed
- Translate technical requirements into language that is understandable and digestible by different audiences
- Work with product team in communicating all product releases and updates to upsell or increase revenue growth
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process enhancements
- Create process maps, guidelines and templates for implementations based on best practices to be used across the organization
What you bring:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role; experience creating project plans, dependencies and critical path activities
- PMP or similar Designation Preferred
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in:
- Monday or similar project management software
- Experience implementing enterprise software solutions
- Experience in a customer facing role and the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in business process mapping and change management
- You are detail-oriented, have good time management skills and are organized
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills
- A quick learner, take initiative with the ability to problem solve and collaborate well with others.
Work Location: Calgary - Hybrid (minimum 2 days/week in office)
Travel: May be required on occasion
