We are seeking a motivated and friendly Team Member to join our bubble tea shop! Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve bubble tea drinks, toppings, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems (including Micros POS) for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Take customer orders efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service
- Handle payments and cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with food safety guidelines
- Assist with ingredient prep, topping production, storage, and basic inventory duties
- Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure timely drink preparation, especially during peak hours
- Support fellow team members in creating a welcoming environment for all guests
Requirements
- Previous food service, cashiering, or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems (Micros POS experience is a plus)
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Kitchen or beverage preparation experience is a bonus but not mandatory
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak business hours
