Plumbing ( lic plumber we pay more)
Drywall
Mudding
Painting
Electrical (basic/ small things)
Wood trim installation
Jack of all trades, master of none...so to speak...

Oh, and yes, you're on call once every 4 to 6 weeks for a week.
