The Grace Anne II Lodge is seeking a creative, highly skilled Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations.
This is a unique opportunity to curate and execute an elevated culinary experience in one of the most beautiful destinations on Lake of the Woods. We are looking for a strong leader who can deliver refined 5–7 course tasting menus and exquisite canapés while maintaining the timeless elegance and culinary standards that define the Grace Anne II brand.
The ideal candidate is organized, innovative, and passionate about fine dining. You will have the creative freedom to bring your personal culinary style into our evolving seasonal menus while honoring our tradition of Old World elegance and classic cuisine.

Key Responsibilities
● Execute 5–7 course fine dining menus at the Grace Anne II Lodge
● Curate and develop seasonal menus, including the 2026 culinary program
● Design and prepare elevated canapés and specialty offerings
● Maintain food budgets and control kitchen costs
● Manage supplier relationships and shop for fresh ingredients
● Oversee seasonal kitchen setup and end-of-season close-down
● Supervise, schedule, and support your Sous Chef (when applicable)
● Collaborate with the Steward team to ensure seamless dinner service
● Provide off-site leadership and support to kitchen staff when required
● Develop creative, high-quality solutions for dietary needs and restrictions
● Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
● Contribute to a unique and memorable culinary experience at our unique venue
● Perform additional operational duties as needed
Qualifications
● Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in fine dining or luxury hospitality
● Strong background in multi-course tasting menus
● Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
● Experience managing food costs and kitchen operations
● Leadership experience supervising kitchen staff
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
● Strong knowledge of dietary accommodations and menu adaptation
● Culinary degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
