Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry .
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on common customer concerns to help improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs effectively.
- Familiarity with sales techniques.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various software applications.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Good Math skills and ability to use a tape measure are essential.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
