We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a busser. This role involves providing exceptional guest services in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with beverage orders and serving
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to all health regulations
- Support with beverage preparation tasks as needed
- Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing information about menu items and services
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and assist with table setups or cleanups during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction
Skills
- Experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent cleaning skills to ensure hygiene standards are met consistently
- Hospitality background or hotel experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork and guest interactions
