Who We’re Looking For
A passionate, professional personal trainer who wants to build a real career, not just another short-term job.
This is a highly client-facing coaching role. The right person enjoys actively leading clients through sessions — explaining movements, demonstrating clearly, giving cues, making corrections, building rapport, managing flow, and helping adults 50+ feel safe, confident, and supported.
You must:
- Live in Ottawa and be able to commute to our studio.
- Have at least two consecutive years of personal training experience.
- Hold a valid personal training certification from a recognized organization.
- Be available Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility.
- Hold current CPR/AED certification.

Your Role: Success Coach
You’ll coach private and semi-private sessions for our 50+ members, focusing on lasting results, strong relationships, and an exceptional client experience.
Key outcomes:
- Help maintain strong client attendance, retention, renewals, referrals, and reviews through excellent coaching and relationship-building.
- Deliver private and semi-private sessions with active coaching, clear communication, and professional session flow.
- Contribute to projects that support studio growth.
What You’ll Receive
- Full-time position with structure and mentorship.
- Competitive compensation: Base coaching rates start at $25/hr+ based on experience and role fit, with earning potential up to $38/hr+ through semi-private session premiums, performance incentives, and role advancement.
- Semi-private premium: Coaches earn an additional $5/hr when leading semi-private sessions.
