As part of the Ravelle Auto Group, you'll represent the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram lineup while also having access to inventory from our sister dealerships, Listowel Ford and Listowel Honda. With more inventory to offer, you'll have even more opportunities to match customers with the right vehicle and maximize your earning potential.

Assist customers in selecting the new or pre-owned vehicle that best fits their needs.

Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service before, during, and after the sale.

Demonstrate vehicle features and explain available options, financing, and promotions.

Follow up with customers and generate repeat and referral business.

Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer programs, and market trends.

Work with your team to achieve individual and dealership sales goals.

A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Sales or customer service experience is considered an asset, but not required.

A willingness to learn and grow within the automotive industry.

OMVIC licence or willingness to obtain one.

Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
