Job Summary
We are a busy finishing warehouse specializing in painting Hardie and wood products for siding, soffit, and cladding. We are growing our team and looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in doing a good job. No experience? No problem — we will train the right person. If you show up, work hard, and get along well with others, we want to hear from you.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM
Afternoons are all yours — perfect for biking, relaxing, or doing whatever you love.
Starting Wage: $22/hour
Benefits: Kick in after 3 months

Duties
- Prepping materials for painting
- Loading and unloading Hardie and wood products
- Operating spray equipment or assisting with paint application
- Picking and packing raw wood orders
- Labeling and bundling finished products
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized
- Inspecting products for quality and reporting any issues
- Following safety procedures and using PPE as required - Steel toed footware required
- Helping with general warehouse tasks as needed
- Assisting with inventory checks and stock organization
Skills
- Reliability – shows up on time, ready to work
- Attention to detail – especially for painting and packing accurately
- Physical stamina – able to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
- Teamwork – gets along well with others and communicates well
- Basic measuring skills – tape measure, counting, etc.
- Ability to follow instructions – learns quickly and sticks to procedures
- Safety awareness – understands and respects safety rules
- Time management – works efficiently to meet daily goals
- Positive attitude – willing to take on different tasks as needed
- Forklift or pallet jack experience – a bonus, but not required
