Erin Mills Landscaping is a hardscape-focused residential landscaping company serving Mississauga and the surrounding area. We're hiring a hands-on labourer for year-round work — lawn maintenance and project work through the season, snow removal through the winter.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lawn maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing on residential routes
- Hardscape installs: interlock patios and walkways, retaining walls, steps — base prep, screeding, laying, cutting, polymeric sand
- Garden and mulch work: bed edging, weeding, mulch delivery and spreading
- Spring and fall cleanups: dethatching, leaf removal, bed prep
- Winter: snow clearing, shovelling walkways and entrances, salting, and equipment operation depending on experience
- Loading and unloading materials, keeping the truck, trailer, and equipment clean and organized
- Working directly with homeowners on site in a professional manner
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting (patio stones, wall block, mulch bags) in all weather
- Reliable and on time — this matters more to us than experience
- Valid G or G2 licence and own transportation to our Mississauga shop
- Willing to work early mornings and on-call shifts during snow events
- Landscaping or construction experience is an asset but not required — we'll train the right person
- Comfortable communicating in English on job sites and with customers
What We Offer

- $17.60 - $25 per hour, based on experience

Schedule
Monday to Friday, typically 8:00 AM start, with occasional Saturdays during peak season. Winter snow response is on-call and weather-dependent.
Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
