Our expectations
The Flex coordinator will play an essential role in managing the Off-shelf communication process to stores.
Your role
He (or she) will be responsible to coordinating the various steps of the process in order to produce a complete guide on Off-Shelf strategies for store operators.
In collaboration with Off-Shelf team, the coordinator should understand and know the strategies of merchandising team
Responsable for updating Off-Shelf calendars and various documents in order to produce the Flex guide
Support the Off-Shelf manager on sales forecast, stores plans, exit strategy and planogram creation
Must keep up to date the various changes of plan during the quarter
Responsible for publishing the flex guide 4 times a year

The qualifications we are looking for
2-3 years of experience in Off-Shelf
Knowledge of store environment
Communication skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft office software
Project management: Carry out several projects at the same time and at a sustained pace
Always looking for solutions with strong sense of organization and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure, thoroughness and rigor
Bilingual English and French
