We are currently seeking a bright and motivated lawyer with an interest in criminal law, litigation, and/or family law to join our expanding firm.
THE FIRM:
- Dates back to the turn of the century and the firm's founding member, W. E. Bentley, K.C., who was admitted to the Prince Edward Island Bar in 1897.
- Takes pride in our longevity and are devoted to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, which have characterized this firm for more than one hundred years.
- Provides sound advice and effective representation that meets our clients’ needs.
- Currently practices in the areas of Business Law, Wills & Estates, Personal Injury, Criminal and Regulatory Law, Labour & Employment, Real Estate Transactions, Litigation, Family Law, and Municipal and Land Use Planning.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Membership in good standing with a provincial bar and eligible for membership in the Prince Edward Island Law Society.
- At least one year of relevant experience practicing law.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated time management skills, with strong ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Ability to develop and retain a strong client base.
- A passion for the law, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
