Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of vehicle makes and models, utilizing advanced tools and techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.
Duties
- Perform scheduled and routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair faults in engine, transmission, brakes, suspension and other systems
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for repairs and assembly tasks
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition; abide by safety policies and procedures to ensure safe work environment
- Replace air filters, spark plugs, brakes, tires and other parts
- Perform alignment work, oil changes and other essential services
Requirements
- 2 years experience (preferred) in automotive repair
- 310S license required
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in physically demanding environment
- Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a busy environment
- Valid driver’s license required; clean driving record preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics
- Excellent customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and professionally
