Overview
We are hiring an experienced Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role requires strong expertise in preparing authentic Indian dishes and managing high-volume food service.
Requirements
§ English, Punjabi, and Hindi language skills
§ Secondary school graduation certificate
§ Minimum 5 years of experience as a chef
Responsibilities
§ Prepare and cook authentic Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes
§ Ensure timely service for dine-in and take-out orders
§ Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation
§ Follow strict food safety and hygiene standards
§ Manage ingredient storage, rotation, and kitchen equipment
§ Assist with menu planning and daily kitchen operations
§ Control food costs and reduce waste
§ Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
