The Role
You own the customer experience.
From the moment a project is sold to the final install, you are the single point of contact for the homeowner. Your job is to keep everything clear, calm, and moving forward.
The field team builds the roof - you build the experience.
What You Will Do
- Conduct Welcome Calls with new customers and set clear expectations
- Provide consistent updates throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project setup, documentation, and admin accuracy
- Coordinate inspections and handle change orders
- Communicate delays and resolutions clearly to customers
- Ensure smooth handoff between sales, inspection, and install
- Trigger review requests and referral asks at project completion

- Change order conversations and approvals
- Review generation and customer satisfaction

- On-time task completion and SLA adherence

- Adoption of post-install programs (referrals, service plans)

Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, customer success, or operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience in construction, roofing, or home services is a plus
Pay: $59,288.53-$100,553.27 per year
