Provide regional technical support to branches as directed by the Regional Aftermarket Service Manager.
Repair, service, and recondition equipment components and systems at customer sites or designated shop locations.
Communicate professionally with branch staff, customers, and management.
Order required parts and materials through local parts departments to complete repairs.
Maintain accurate records of labour, parts, materials, and repair activities.
Ensure tools, equipment, service vehicles, and work areas are kept clean, organized, and in safe working condition.
Support branch teams to improve service quality, resolve technical issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Maintain assigned field service truck and ensure readiness for customer service calls.
Follow and promote all workplace health and safety standards.
Travel to support other branches within the region as required.
