Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide essential support and care to individuals with disabilities. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily living activities and promoting their independence. Duties
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Assist with mobility and heavy lifting as required for client transfers.
- Support clients in engaging in recreational activities and social interactions.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving, senior care, or direct support roles is not necessary
- Minimum Class 5 driver's license and willingness to drive company vehicles.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role.

Pay: Up to $22.40 per hour
