A Customer Care Representative is a highly motivated, customer-oriented individual who is passionate about the Achievers members’ experience! Get connected and handle inbound and outbound queries via phone, live chat and email.

Use your epic problem-solving skills to support our members via a ticketing system to resolve customer inquiries and questions.

Previous related customer service experience.
