We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Service Advisor to join one of the fastest-growing tire and automotive businesses in Edmonton. This role is the front line of the company — you’ll be the bridge between our customers and our operations.

Starting wage: $24-28/hour + benefits + merit-based bonuses (Clear opportunities for advancement as we continue to grow)
What We’re Looking For
We care about attitude, communication, and reliability first. Automotive or tire knowledge is an asset — training is provided where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional, friendly manner
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate tire and service solutions
- Prepare estimates, explain pricing, and answer customer questions clearly
- Create and manage work orders accurately
- Coordinate with inventory and shop staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Educate customers on tire options, warranties, and maintenance
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain organized records and notes in our system
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times
Skills & Experience
- Experience with AutoLeap System (highest consideration for employment)
- Customer service or sales experience (automotive experience is a strong asset)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and recommendations with customers
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Basic computer skills for work orders and customer tracking (training provided)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
