We are looking for passionate and ambitious Business Development Associates to join our growing sales team.
Position Summary
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling product demonstrations, and building long-term business relationships.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, meeting new people, and helping local businesses improve their operations through AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms and local business directories
- Prospect new customers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person visits
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Schedule product demonstrations with business owners and decision-makers
Market Expansion
Target industries include:
- Restaurants
- Cafés
- Bubble Tea Shops
- SPA & Wellness Centers
- Massage Clinics
- Medical & Dental Clinics
- Real Estate Offices
- Law Firms
- Accounting Firms
- Home Service Businesses
- Any business requiring appointment booking or high-volume customer calls
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customer pain points
- Present AI solutions effectively
- Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams during implementation
Sales Performance
- Meet monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Maintain CRM records
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback
QualificationsRequired
- 1-2 years of experience in:
