Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Office Administrative Coordinator & Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This full-time or part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining comprehensive office experience, supporting client relations, and developing organizational skills. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating client services
- Provide exceptional customer support by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving basic issues
- Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing, billing, and record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Proofread correspondence, forms, and reports to ensure accuracy and professionalism
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and managing office supplies
- Support medical or dental office procedures if applicable, including patient check-in/check-out and insurance documentation
Qualifications
- Previous office experience or clerical experience preferred but not required; strong organizational skills are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets), and basic computer skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
- Ability to handle filing systems efficiently and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $45,900.00-$57,000.00 per year
