Pupworld is an all-services company founded in March 2023. We provide a variety of vertically integrated pet services, specializing in our one-of-a-kind outdoor daycare experience. We currently service Westside Vancouver for group hikes, private walks, and Boarding.

Overview:
We are looking for one Group Hike Walker to service Westside Vancouver + partial East Vancouver. Willingness to offer private walks and boarding a plus.
We have a competitive wage package above industry average, and offer a career path in the Pet Industry beyond Dog Walking.
Group Hike: Our Group Hikes include providing transportation for the dogs in our service area to Northshore hiking trails in groups of 6. The walker will also be a part of the intake process and assessment, as well as ongoing communication with clients. Please note this will be your primary role and the position is part-time.
Private Hike: Private Hikes include transportation to nearby trails within our service area. Walker facilitate Meet and Greet and ongoing communication.
Boarding: Set your own Boarding availability and facilitate overnight Boarding services.

Role Overview:
This role is for someone who loves working with dogs and has past experiences working with dogs. As a Pet Experience Specialist, whether you are a Group Hike Walker or Private Walker, you will play an irreplaceable role in dogs' lives by providing them with safe and enriching adventures.
Eligibility:
We are looking for someone that is dedicated to providing the highest level of care to pets and engage in a Fear Free R+ approach when working with pets. Candidates should demonstrate success in past work experiences, whether that be through volunteer work, professional roles, or personal initiatives. We seek those with a strong drive, excellent time management and communication skills, and enjoy working with people as much as with pets.
Qualifications:
- Ideally past experiences working in the pet industry
- Demonstrate commitment to high standards of animal care
- Located in one of the service areas we are hiring for: Westside Vancouver or East Vancouver (willing to service East Vancouver)
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver License
