Summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily food operations of the banquet hall.
- Oversee food preparation, service, and safety standards.
- Manage and lead a team of staff to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hospitality standards.
- Collaborate with management to plan events and optimize service delivery.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of all food and service areas.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support staff training and development initiatives.
'Executive Sous Chef' candidates should possess:
- Proven supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food preparation, safety standards, and food handling.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in event planning or banquet services is a plus.
- Food safety certification is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
