Guest Service Associates are the primary greeter and information hub for guests and visitors. They are responsible for welcoming visitors, managing check-ins/outs, handling reservations, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing payments, and coordinating with other staff (housekeeping, maintenance) to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and positive guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities

Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, check-in/out, issue keys, provide info on amenities/local attractions, handle requests (transport, dining).
- Administrative Tasks: Manage phone calls, emails, guest records, bookings, and sometimes mail/deliveries.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments (cash, card), balance cash drawers, post charges to guest accounts.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest issues and complaints calmly and effectively, escalating complex problems to management.
- Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Lobby Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
