We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support the Allied Health & Patient Experience (AHPE) team at Alberta Hospital Edmonton (AHE). This position would provide administrative and operational support to two AHPE Care Managers and their portfolios, including six departments and multiple operational programs offering services to Adult Acute, Forensic, and Tertiary psychiatry programs. The ideal candidate requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. This role involves managing calendars and inboxes, facilitating team communication, and maintaining digital records using Microsoft 365 tools including managing the AHPE SharePoint site. The incumbent will additionally support AHPE teams with provincial staffing office, provincial fleet transportation, and direct patient programs with day-to-day admin tasks such as purchasing.
As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills. Must have 2-3 years experience within a similar administrative role.
