Secondary school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Post-secondary education in recreation, fitness, physiology, business administration, or a related field is considered an asset.

Previous experience working in a recreation, fitness, or customer service focused facility is an asset.

Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a fast-paced public environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

Proficient in computer applications in a Microsoft Windows environment.

First Aid and CPR level C with AED is required.
Hours of Work and Working Conditions:
Hours of work will vary each week to a maximum of 24 hours, with evening and weekend shifts required. This position is employed primarily in an indoor environment with both warm and cold temperatures within the facility.
