Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, HRVs/ERVs)
- Perform gas fitting work including installation and servicing of gas lines and appliances
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and system start-ups
- Ensure all work complies with Manitoba codes and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with customers and provide professional service
- Complete service reports and job documentation
Requirements
- Valid Gas Fitter License (Class A or B – required in Manitoba)
- Minimum 2–5 years of HVAC experience (service or installation)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00-$41.00 per hour
