Our MedSpa is a fast-growing luxury medical spa focused on advanced skincare, wellness, and client experience. We are looking for an ambitious, client-focused Medical Aesthetician who is interested in more than just a job.

About the Role
You will provide exceptional client care while helping grow the clinic through client retention, referrals, social media content, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Previous experience managing a medical spa, cosmetic clinic, or luxury wellness clinic Strong knowledge of:
- Laser hair removal
- Hydrafacial
- Microneedling
- Chemical peels
- Medical-grade skincare
- Botox/fillers knowledge
- Strong sales and consultation skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Organized, professional, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using booking systems and social media
- Contribute ideas to help grow the business and client base
These responsibilities align with common esthetician duties in Canada, including performing facial treatments, recommending skincare products, educating clients, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting client retention.
Ideal Candidate
- Certified Medical Aesthetician or Esthetician or Nurse Injector
- Experience with facials, chemical peels, microneedling, or advanced skincare treatments is an asset
- Passionate about skincare, wellness, and beauty
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable appearing in social media content
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Interested in helping build and grow a premium medical spa brand
