Position Overview:
IJACK Technologies is seeking Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in building industrial equipment by following precise assembly processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency in production. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in industrial equipment and hydraulics who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
Our team works in a very clean, modern, air-conditioned shop designed to provide a comfortable and organized work environment year-round.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and manuals to determine assembly procedures.
- Assemble products efficiently and safely by following established processes and quality standards.
- Conduct final quality control inspections to ensure assembled products meet IJACK’s high standards.
- Operate a forklift as necessary to move materials and components within the production area.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in industrial assembly, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and industrial equipment is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to follow instructions, problem-solve, and work independently when needed.
- Forklift certification is an asset
- Physically capable of lifting heavy components and standing for extended periods.
