POSITION: Maintenance Supervisor
LOCATION: Milton, ON
SALARY: $45.00 - $50 per Year + Benefits
SHIFT: Afternoon Shift - 2:30pm - 11pm
DURATION: Full-Time, Permanent
Qualifications:
- Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising maintenance teams within manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Extensive electrical experience including working with low voltage & high voltage systems.
- Mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery, schematics reading, & troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management & maintenance tracking.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management principles, & safety regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) & industrial automation systems.
Overview:
- Lead & supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of routine inspections, repairs, & preventative maintenance tasks.
- Develop & execute maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize equipment uptime.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning), low voltage, & high voltage systems using schematics, ohmmeters, & other diagnostic tools.
- Oversee the management of industrial machinery including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) & other automation components.
Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
