A bit about the role
We are looking for a Media Account Manager to support the day-to-day management and execution of client accounts, working closely with our Client Service department and cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work. This role emphasizes project coordination, client communication, and accurate, on time delivery. The Account Manager plays a key role in keeping accounts running smoothly while building a strong foundation in client service, media strategy, campaign execution, and performance.

Support day-to-day client communications under the guidance of Account Leaders

Build an understanding of client goals, business context, and campaign objectives

Coordinate and execute client projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, approvals, and maintaining project documentation

Own assigned project management tasks, monitoring progress and flagging risks or issues

Partner with our Media Team to support campaign launches, optimizations, reporting, and quality assurance

Support budget tracking, billing inputs, and alignment to approved scopes and budgets

Assist with forecasting, labour tracking, and financial documentation

Support performance reporting, data analysis, and preparation of client reports and presentations

Build knowledge of media strategy, planning, buying, measurement, and industry best practices

Contribute to a collaborative team culture and participate in training and agency initiatives
What we’re looking for

2+ years of experience working in media and/or marketing with an account management focus

Previous experience working in an agency setting is considered an asset

Exposure to media strategy development and hands on campaign execution

Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills

Comfort working with data and numbers, with growing analytical capabilities

Strong presentation skills and the ability to collaborate effectively while managing multiple priorities with focus and clarity
