The vehicle sales industry is one of the fastest changing professions in our marketplace. The adoption of technology, coupled with consumer demands for an easier and more transparent transaction experience, has rapidly changed the landscape within the automotive segment.

A lack of relationships with existing consumers, along with low knowledge of dealership services and products have been barriers for new salespeople trying to enter the industry. If you love dealing with people, have a passion for vehicles and technology, this profession still provides an amazing opportunity to develop into a very personally rewarding career. Your apprenticeship will provide a living hourly wage, plus incentives for performance in sales and customer satisfaction. This is accompanied by a flexible work schedule and good benefits in a positive work experience. The apprentice period will last between 6 and 12 months as you are giving the opportunity to develop a personal customer base and learn all aspects of dealership operations. We will give you time to develop if a solid effort and progress are maintained.

Selected applicants will be contacted after that date, and an interview/information session will take place soon afterwards. All successful applicants will be offered employment in the apprenticeship program starting early April.
