Big West Ford is looking for experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who is ready to take the next step in their automotive career. We are looking for individuals with ambition, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in automotive sales and a passion for helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs. Previous automotive sales experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering a professional and positive customer experience
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Follow the dealership sales process from initial greeting through vehicle delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Actively prospect and follow up with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance targets
- Maintain current knowledge of Ford products, competitive models, features, incentives, and industry trends
- Participate in product training, sales training, and dealership programs as required
- Work collaboratively with the sales, finance, and management teams to ensure a smooth purchasing experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sales experience required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Experience with CDK and CRM systems is considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license required
