Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of sewing machinery. The Machine Operator will work closely with other team members to fix, alter and create products according to specifications, while adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines. Other duties may include: garment inspection, garment packaging, and garment delivery.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Sew products according to detailed specifications and production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Experience
- Previous sewing experience is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
