Purpose:
The Student Recruitment and Admissions Assistant is a key member of the Recruitment and Admissions, Student Services & International Relations team at the Schulich School of Business. As the first contact point for undergraduate and graduate prospective students, the role, welcomes guests and provides information as it relates to Schulich admission policies and procedures and promotes Schulich programs and services to candidates whose first contact with the University is through Schulich Recruitment and Admissions.
Education:
High school graduation with some post-secondary education.
Experience:
Two (2) years of recent related experiences such as recruitment, sales experience, or client services. Recent experience providing a high level of responsive front-line client services to the undergraduate and graduate community required. Experience working with details in a consistently accurate, fast, and efficient manner. Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system such as Salesforce and an event management system similar to the Linvio system is required.

Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Functionality with database information management systems, survey software (such as Qualtrics) WordPress and Student Information Systems.
