Overview

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
- Serve dishes promptly and efficiently to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Adhere to health regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment is a must
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
- A genuine passion for the food industry and delivering exceptional dining experiences
