Archstone Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre is a busy multidisciplinary clinic with over 15 therapists and healthcare professionals. We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people and is always willing to lend a hand to support the team and our clients.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous reception and/or administrative experience (required)
- Loves being around people and providing exceptional customer service
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively in a busy clinic environment
- Reliable, professional, and maintains a high level of confidentiality
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Interested in learning and assisting with client specialized clinic equipment
Assets:
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience with Jane App software
Hours:
- Part-time summer position
- Must be available for a variety of shifts between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Potential for ongoing employment after the summer
