About the role:
At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler the Spa team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. Our Spa has won several awards such as 2025 Canada's Best Resort Spa by World Spa Awards, 2025 World's Leading Indigenous Community Tourism Initiative and made it to the 2026 list of the Best New Hotel Spas in the world.
As a Full Time Spa Receptionist, you’ll creating a warm, relaxing first impression for every guest while managing bookings, supporting the team while focusing on guest experience from arrival to departure.
The role is suited to someone who has a high level of detail and has dedication to serving our guests. You’ll be part of a team that balances sales and service with a strong commitment to thoughtful guest experiences.
What you will do:
- Extend a warm welcome to arriving guests at the Spa and fitness center
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the spa services offered and effectively communicate the options to guests.
- Sell retail items and products, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
- Handle guest check-ins, appointments, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Coordinate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction.
- Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and payment processing.
What You’ll Bring
- Prior Spa or fitness center experience.
- Prior reception or customer service experience.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent commitment to service and team work.
- Valid work authorization in Canada.
What to Expect
- A customer facing position that will require you to be a subject matter expert of the spa facilities and have a strong attention to detail
- You can work well under pressure and independently
- A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
